Welcome to the madhouse!!!

Many months ago, Sophie was quietly playing at cutting out pictures for her scrapbook. As she was being a little angel, I left her for a couple of minutes to change Juliette's nappy. In that time, she decided to play at hairdressers and chopped a lump out of her hair.

Fast forward several months to yesterday. The hair has now grown back long enough to tuck behind her ear but is forever falling down and going in her eyes, despite being pinned back with numerous slides and clips. So what did she do? Chopped it off again !!!

So this time, I took drastic measures and gave her a fringe ! The good thing is, she's no longer constantly wandering around holding a lump of hair out of her eyes. The bad news, it sticks up all over the place in the morning so she'll look a bit of a loony going to school in the morning when I haven't got time to sort it out !!!

Just about got over all the tummy bugs in time for Juliette's birthday. I don't think she had a clue what was going on but she seemed to enjoy it and Sophie was so excited she's been bouncing off the walls all morning !!!

Carnival time is here again so Sophie watches Dad dressing up in women's clothing and thinks, I know, I'll try wearing Juliette's clothes !!!

In between me taking the before and after photos of Sophie's room, something went wrong with the camera ... I went to take a photo and it just bleeped at me. I had a closer look and it said the memory card was full. Hmmmmm that's strange ! On closer investigation, Sophie had taken countless photos of every single item of furniture or toy in her room (which was spread out in all the upstairs rooms of the house) until the card was totally full. I emptied out the rubbishy ones (most of them !!!) and showed her how to get the camera lined up properly and then there was no stopping her - I've gone blind from all the flashes !!! But I have to say, she actually got quite in the end !!!

... telepathically willing Sophie's butterfly cakes to just fall off the table !!!
